Professionally restored in 2000 by renowned 300 SL specialist Rudi Koniczek, the car presents in a stunning shade of Silver Blue (353 G) over Red leather, complemented by its original Rudge wheels, European headlights, dark blue soft top, and period correct Becker radio. Mechanical authenticity was paramount in the restoration, down to correct clamps, finishes, and materials.

This Roadster has been recognized at the highest levels of the collector world, including Best in Class at the 2012 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, and was showcased by Mercedes-Benz U.S.A. in the SL@Hollywood exhibition celebrating the SL lineage.
