380HP, A/C and Power Steering

1965 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe, A 2012 Factory Five recreation. Powered by a fuel injected 393 V8 recently Dyno'd at 380HP that has been resurfaced and is equipped with an Eagle crankshaft, internally balanced Mahle forged pistons, COMP Cam hydraulic lifters, timing gears and chain, and a stock Ford EFI system. interior features fixed leather racing seats with Simpson racing harness, Vintage Air, defrost and heater. The dash was signed by Daytona coupe designer Pete Brock. Backing the engine is a 1990 aftermarket T5 5-speed manual transmission with aKing Cobra-style clutch kit and Factory Five Type 65 exhaust headers. The fiberglass body sits on a tubular chassis with a full roll cage, front and rear Koni shocks and coilovers, a Ford Racing rear axle girdle and a rebuilt Ford solid rear axle.
